We will present a special concert to celebrate the 90th birthday of our former organist and choirmaster, Roberta Poellein. The performers are violinist Cecilia Poellein Buss, Roberta’s daughter, who has played in the first-violin section of the Seattle Symphony since 1985; and Douglas Cleveland, an internationally celebrated concert organist who teaches at the University of Washington and is director of music and liturgical arts at St. Thomas’ Episcopal Church in Medina, WA. The concert is co-sponsored with the American Guild of Organists. Suggested donation: $25. A reception will follow.
