Cathedral Facilities Use
The form above is a fillable PDF - you can save, edit, and send without having to print anything out. If you are filling this form out for a recurring event (i.e. same time, same location, on multiple days) then one form is acceptable – just put all dates in the “date” line. Email the completed form to Michelle Thomas at mthomas@spcathedral.com. Thank you for filling out the facilities request form!
The request event is not finalized and placed on the church calendar until a Facilities Request form is submitted and approved.
Once a FRF has been submitted, if a code is needed for the coded entry door, Michelle Thomas will provide that to you. Please only share the code with those who need this access – if possible, it is preferred to station someone in the front to make sure folks can get in without any trouble.
If any doors were unlocked in the narthex (front entry area) for entrance before an event, they must be locked during the event if there is no one stationed in the narthex for security reasons. Make sure all three sets of doors in the narthex are locked before you leave.
There may be occasions where your desired room is unavailable. We will make every effort to put you in a comparable alternate room. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility as we accommodate all the wonderful activities happening at the Cathedral!
A note on cleaning:
Unless communicated prior to the event, the room must be returned to the state in which you found it.
If the room requires any vacuuming after an event, the vacuum is in the storage room to the right of the kitchen.
If the room requires tables to be wiped down, please do so.
If any linens were used during your event, it is your responsibility to take them home, wash them, and return them. Replacement linens can be found in the linen closet off of Harvard Hall. If you have taken linens home to wash, please put out a new set for the following event.
